THE Next steps:
I. Book the date.
Reach out through my contact page with your desired date(s). Tell me a little about yourself and what you are looking for from a photoshoot. If you already have a location in mind, let me know. If not, I'll send over recommendations!
II. Take photos.
We will meet at the agreed upon location(s), date and time to capture your photos. I won't just try to make the process painless, but enjoyable!
III. Deliver memories.
Within 48hrs, I'll provide sneak-peek edits of a few photos and share the online gallery where I will upload all of your edits. Short & Sweet packages will be delivered within two weeks. For Storyteller & Explorer packages, all edits will be delivered within 3 weeks. For the Intimate Ceremony package, edits will be delivered within 6 weeks.
FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I live in Roanoke, VA, but will travel to other parts of Southwest Virginia for photoshoots. Any photoshoot within 30 miles will not have a travel fee and travel fees start at $35 for over 30 miles away.
When will I receive my photos?
I will share a sneak peak photo within 24hrs and the full edited gallery will be available within 2 weeks through the Pixieset Platform. Unless you have a Intimate Ceremony, then your gallery will be available within 6 weeks. However, I upload images as I edit, so many photos will be available earlier.
How will I pay?
All of my invoicing is through the Pixieset management system where you have a variety of options for payments.
What if the weather is bad?
If possible, I prefer to reschedule to a day with more favorable weather. We may also be able to find a suitable indoor alternative.
What if I have to cancel?
We will first try to reschedule. If this is not possible (i.e. an event has been permanently cancelled), I will retain the deposit if notified less than one prior to the shoot date. If notified more than one week in advance, I will refund your deposit.
